Payments and transactions

Withdrawal requests on toram typically clear within one to three business days, depending on your payment method. E-wallet withdrawals to DANA, e-wallet, and mobile banking often settle within hours once approved. Bank transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) and local payment-based transfers usually settle within one business day. During holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), processing may take longer. Our system reviews withdrawals automatically first; if manual verification is required, we contact you via email or phone. Ensure your withdrawal amount does not exceed your balance and that you have completed identity verification.

We do not charge fees on deposits made to toram. Deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers carry no toram fee. Your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees; this is not our charge. Withdrawals are also free from toram's side. However, we do apply a currency conversion fee if you withdraw in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The conversion rate is applied at the time of withdrawal. Always verify your balance and the exact amount before confirming a withdrawal request.

Game rules and loyalty

RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that indicates the average portion of stakes a slot game returns to players over time. RTP does not predict individual results — it is a statistical average over thousands of spins.
